For the past few years, we (Shady Lane Studios) has had tons of fun with our "Fresh Faces" Contest! We loved seeing all of the cute photos everyone sent in!
However, once we started it, several other local photographers had a similar contest - with the SAME name - at the same exact time. So to avoid any
confusion, we have a NEW name and a ALL NEW CONTEST! (Prizes for contest are at the bottom!)
Introducing - the "Everyday Adorable" Contest!
Forget the days of just sending in a cute photo of your child...We want to know what makes them SPECIAL!

A Photo of your child (birth- 10 years old) doing something unique to them!
Are they wild about Soccer?
Beautiful in Ballet?
Amazing at Math?
Are they a little comedian?
Have they gone through something that inspires you and others?
I want to see photos of them doing what they do best along with a short paragraph about what makes them special - even if it's their "funny" face. If you do NOT have a descriptive paragraph telling us what makes your child special - you will be disqualified from being a finalist. No exceptions!.
Please include Childs Age, Birthdate, Parents Name, Email address and Contact Phone number. This information will not be shared with anyone.
Photo guidelines:
No professional photographs - Professional photographers in Idaho may not enter their children. If you enter Professional Photographs from another photographer you will be disqualified from being a finalist.
Photo should show what makes them special (see guidelines above)
Blurry or unclear photographs will be disqualified.
You may enter images taken in 2010 or 2011.
You may enter each of your children but each needs their own photograph and paragraph.
Entry Guidelines:
Photos will be accepted between and Feb 15th and Feb 28th 2011. 20 Finalists will be chosen by Shady Lane Studios Staff.
Only PARENTS OR GUARDIANS may enter photographs.
You must live in IDAHO and be willing to travel to Boise if you win.
This contest is for FUN. Please do not be upset with us if your child does not become a Finalist or Win.
You must agree that your photo and the FIRST name of the child (and their story/age) may be shared with the public.
Voting will taken place on our blog and Facebook from March 1st - March 8th.
All desisions will be FINAL.

We will also have voting on our Facebook Page for another Winner (Child Portrait Session). Voting will be done via comments AND Likes.
The prize will go to the child with the most Facebook Votes that DID NOT win via Blog voting.
Only 1 prize per Family. No Cash Value. Prizes are non-transferable and must be used Between March-July of 2011 - no exceptions. Prizes may not be exchanged for anything else. If you won The Fresh Faces Contest in 2009 or 2010 you are not eligable to win this contest.
