Winter Newborn Special 2012 - Boise Newborn Photography

My absolute favorite thing to photograph is a new, fresh newborn baby and their loving family!



This is for a NEWBORN (1-2 weeks old) Session with their parents and siblings to be held at my studio in Boise, ID. Newborn sessions focus on their sweet littlness and interacting with family.

Newborn sessions can take 3-4 hours in studio to complete (this time is included in your package fee)

This special does not include any Maternity Portraits or Extended Family portraits. (see below for Maternity Newborn Packages)

$399 due at the time of booking. We will send you an invoice via PayPal - If it is more than 4 months til your due date you may pay 1 half at the time of booking and 1/2 when baby arrives.



This Price includes your session - The time and talent of the Photographer, and the creation and editing of your digital proofs. You will receive a online portrait gallery within 2 weeks of your session so you may choose your images. It includes 1 Portrait Package below.

15 8x10 Digital Images of your choice with Printing Release (You may print them up to 8x10 for your own personal use forever! Photo lab suggestions and instructions included.)

Print Package of 1 8x10, 2 5x7's, 8 wallets (you will choose the images for your prints from your digital image choices)

Splish Splash - Lala made us take a bath! {CONTEST!}

On August 1st we invited some of our favorite babies and their friends to a
Bathtime Portrait Event. We photographed 18 babies that day - so much fun! We asked each family to come up with a theme - we used clothes they brought and their accessories to make each photo unique!

Fairytales and Daydreams - Fairytale Portraiture in Boise, ID

On May 1st we welcomed several little fairies into our Fairy Den. We all donned our favorite colors and summoned the butterflies to fly and flit around us. We giggled and searched for other fairies in the forest and even saw a few! Afterwards, we all feasted on Nectar and Fairycakes....

At this event, girls 2 years - 8 years get to dress up like Enchanting Fairies and are photographed by me, Lauren Harms in an outdoor setting.

I CAN photograph little boys (1-5 years) as "Sprites". I am fine with an older boy, if they WANT to be a sprite!!

If you would like an older or younger child to participate, please contact me - The reason why we didn't include younger than 2 years is because they take more time, and older than 8 we have a hard time having dresses that fit properly and modestly.

When: June 12 from 10am -4pm. (see below for available times)
Where: Boise ID (you will receive the location when you book)

Cost: $49 creative fer per child photographed. Each child gets a 15 minute session with me - groups of 2-3 are okay, but you must book an appointment for each girl back to back - I do not guarantee posed group photos. Each child gets a Complimentary 8x10 portrait of themselves and a special prize. We also provide Snacks and Juice for everyone.

You may choose to purchase additonal portraits - Your deposit will go toward your order - We will have portrait packages from $79 - $499 and they include things like prints, keepsake books, and enlargements.

Meet Abigail - The Littlest Heroes Project

I met Abigail and her family through The Littlest Heroes Project. The Littlest Heroes Project is non-profit based organization founded in January 2008 , made up of professional photographers nationwide that provide free photo sessions to our nations Littlest Heroes. Through the power of photography we are giving back and taking a stand for these children who sometimes feel forgotten because of their illnesses. We are here to let them know that they are heroes to many, and to share their inspirational stories and photos with the world.

Abigail is 8 months old - she is a beautiful little girl - big blue eyes, long lashes and curls to swoon over.



This is Abigail's Story:

When I was born I could not breathe - I was immediately incubated and whisked away. I spent a month and a half in the NICU until I had a Tracheotomy and a Nissen Fundoplication followed with a GT placement.I was placed up in the PICU where I was closely monitored. I spent a half a month there before I could go home. Since being home I have been in and out of the hospital due to surgical procedures and respiratory infections and many more hospital visits to come that are out of my control. At home I am on a ventilator to help me breathe and a oximeter to tell my parents and nurses what my oxygen level is and what my heart rate is. My parents recently found out my heart has been stopping for short periods of time but to the point the doctors worry about me going into cardiac arrest so in the possible near future if it doesn't get better I could possibly have a pacemaker put in but for now I am living everyday to the fullest with my family. I am a resilient 8 month old who has faith I will overcome all my obstacles and to one day being a "normal" healthy little girl.

Sneak Peek - First Birthday Photography in Boise

More Twins! I actually did their newborn portraits last year and was thrilled to see them again this year - on their birthday even! They are sweet boys, so cute! We had lots of fun trying to corral them. :-)
